Before dedicating his full time to AmorServ LLC, Otse worked as a Consultant in IT and project management industries. Following a successful career assisting clients with their technological operations, his primary goal is to provide IT professional services for organizations with a focus on delivering high value. Over the years, he has honed his foresight, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. In the last seven years, he and his team as CEO have helped hundreds of companies streamline operation goals in service delivery.
Business Development Manager
Paul embodies the following characteristics: zeal, initiative, friendliness, and an intense focus on achieving achievements. He has more than 10 years of experience in sales, technology, and financial consulting across the Americas, Sub-Saharan Africa (SSA), and Europe. His responsibilities have included expanding businesses, leading teams, and leading large-scale transformation projects. He is an individual who pays careful attention to detail, appreciates technology, and has a lightning-fast learning speed.
Network Infrastructure Delivery Manager
Steven has 25 years of FTTH experience with Verizon, Time Warner, Crowncastle, and AT&T. In 1994, Steven began his career in technology in 1994 while serving in the United States Air Force/Air Nation Guard in communications . He became a USPS help desk technician in Arkansas. After leaving the post office, he became a network administrator in Hot Springs. Early in 2004, he collaborated with the Arkansas Department of Education to improve the state's LAN and WAN connectivity using E-Rate funds. Prior to establishing The Fiber Optic Academy in 2015, Steven was a professor at College of the Ouachitas. He constructs fiber and copper networks in the United States and overseas in addition to his speaking engagements. He dwells with his family in Arkansas.
